Shipping and Return Policy Thank you for your trust in us and choosing us. We are pleased to provide warranty services for eligible products for a period of 24 months according to the following conditions: Warranty Conditions - The warranty covers only technical manufacturing defects and errors. - The warranty does not include defects and errors resulting from misuse. - The period required for product maintenance is determined by the specialist. - In case the product needs to be replaced and that product is unavailable, the customer will be compensated with a similar product at the price of the replaced product. Conditions that void the warranty - Malfunctions caused by improper use of the product. - Malfunctions caused by using external accessories that do not comply with the product or are of poor quality. - Exposure of the device to liquids, moisture, oxidation, or heat. - Opening the device outside the service center or signs of burning on one of the device’s components. - The product’s barcode does not match the barcode registered with us. Lithium batteries and chargers are not covered by the warranty; only operation. Replacement and Return Policy - You can return the product within 5 days from the date of purchase provided that: - The purchase invoice is available. - The returned product is delivered to the headquarters of Camera Box by the customer. - The refund will be processed after confirming that the returned product is in the same condition as when purchased. - The shipping fee for return or cancellation of an order that has not been received from the shipping company at the customer’s request is 70 riyals. Camera Box store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in case of website malfunction, pricing errors, or product stock depletion, and refund the amount to the customer’s bank account or credit card. The customer has no right to demand the product to be provided. - You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that: - The purchase invoice is available. - The product to be exchanged is delivered to the headquarters of Camera Box by the customer. - The value of the exchange will be processed after confirming that the product to be exchanged is in the same condition as when purchased. Large albums and printer equipment - The institution bears the shipping costs for thermal equipment and large plotter printers from door to door. - For maintenance of thermal equipment and plotter printers or training on them, the customer bears all financial obligations related to the travel of specialists to the customer’s location.
